RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website carnaeandco.com and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy. All Carnae and Co purchases may only be returned to the US store within 14 days of delivery date if permitted. Unpermitted returns will be returned to sender.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to our our return address. Shipping must be paid for by customer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (lingerie and swimwear), hazardous materials, sale items, or flammable liquids or gases.
